HO Bachmann Amtrak Phase 2 II E60CP Powered Electric Locomotive #971. Engine is in excellent condition. Both pantograph's extend up and down. It was tested in DC and DCC and ran great on both.

I did need to turn the speed up to speed step 8 in DCC before it would start moving. The front and back headlights work on both. The DCC address is #3. It comes with its original box and packaging. The box is showing some signs of wear.
